These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 2bd9 platform and its users. By accessing the 2bd9 website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
General Provisions

Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Eligibility
To open an account and play games at 2bd9, you must be 21 years of age or older. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. 2bd9 reserves the right to close, without notice, any account created with false or misleading information.
2.4 Account Security
- Keep your password and login details completely confidential.
- Never give a third party access to your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
- The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method at 2bd9 is ৳100. Deposit processing is generally completed instantly.
3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
A minimum of ৳1,000 is required for withdrawal. After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
3.3 Approved Payment Methods

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit. The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 04 for details). 2bd9 reserves the right to verify any suspicious withdrawal request.
Bonus & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳5,333 or more will qualify for the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (example: a ৳12,000 deposit earns a ৳8,000 bonus, totalling ৳20,000).
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms
- Each promotional offer is active for a set period, and the bonus will be cancelled once the time limit expires.
- A user may use a promotional code only once.
- The required deposit must be completed before the bonus is received.
- If misuse of bonus benefits is suspected, 2bd9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
4.4 VIP Program
2bd9 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback for Gold.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
2bd9 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games on the platform are operated using impartial algorithms and a Random Number Generator (RNG).
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Specific betting limits may apply when playing with a bonus.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue or internet disconnection, 2bd9 will investigate and take appropriate action. Incorrect prizes displayed as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.
5.4 Sports Betting
In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally cancelled and the funds are returned. No prize is confirmed before the official result is announced.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 2bd9 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or similar technology to play games.
- Colluding with other users in a pre-planned manner to influence game outcomes.
- Using artificial methods or multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits.
- Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Disturbing, harassing, or threatening other users.
- Creating or managing accounts using false identities or documents.
- Encouraging third parties to act against the platform or to harm other users.
If any of the above activities are detected, 2bd9 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by 2bd9
2bd9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Evidence or suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
- Patterns of fraud or unusual transactions.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
- Instructions from legal authorities or the need for an investigation.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (after a set time).
7.2 Closure by the User
You may request the support team to close your account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining eligible balance will be given before the account is closed.
7.3 Voluntary Break

Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Guarantee
